Managing my posters

Where can I find the right application to create my customized posters?

In order to create a poster you need first to be signed and logged into our site.

After you log in you will access your stretching poster list area. Then you mus click on "Create Poster" and follow the instructions.

If you are having trouble in accessing your stretching poster list area, click on your username which you find on the top right corner of your screen (provided that you logged in), followed by another click on  on "create posters".

What does my list of posters contains?

Your list presents the posters that you began creating or already purchased.

Where can I find my list of posters?

First of all, you must be signed and logged onto our site. Then it's just a matter of clicking on your username displayed on the top right corner of the screen.

Can I reuse the posters of my list?

Of course you can! All listed posters, whether unfinished or bought can be again customized, bought or deleted. In that sense, you can alter and purchase them as many times as you wish and need.

What must I do to buy the posters of my list?

Very simple. On your posters's list, click "add to chart" on the poster you wish for. Then just follow the steps to finish your purchase.

 

 

Place an Order

How can I order StretchUp products?

It's easy! You can do it directly through this site. All you have to do is to create an account (with us), then shape the poster the way you want it and finally place the order. You can watch how does one do that on the following pages: Posters » Customized.

How can I know how much it will all cost?

By creating your customized poster, price will be shown on your unfinished posters' list. Later on, you may add the posters of your list to the shopping chart and proceed to check out. Before paying, the total price (thoroughly discriminated) plus TAX and including shippment's expenses is displayed. You may also want to check the the customized posters's price page, available on this site.

 

If you are interested on the institutional posters (large ammounts and specific features) please fill in the respective form attached (pages: Posters » Institutional), so that we send you a budget.

Can I recover the amout I have paid for taxes?

If your billing and shipping data belongs to an European Union country (except Portugal), you can recover the amount paid for taxes. For this, the Tax Identification  Number (or Fiscal Number) you provided must refer to a Company or to an individual that develops his own activity.

How does StretchUp refunds the tax amount I paid?

Its really quick! We refund you the tax amount without necessity of any request.

We identify your situation and if you are entitled to the refund we´ll do it immediately. The amount refunded gets available in your acount (Paypal or Credit Card) in seconds.

You´ll also receive an e-mail from Paypal notifying the refund.

Can I buy a poster with other techniques (illustrations), other materials, other shapes, colors, logos, etc?

But of course! Through the "Customized Posters" option you  can have your poster custom-made the way you want, provided that you order at least a 100 or more units.

How will I know that the order was confirmed?

Soon after placing the order, you will get a confirmation per E-mail telling you that purchase was successful.

Later on, you will be getting another E-mail the moment your package was sent off.That E-mail will supply you with all the necessary data concerning the order: Order Number; Tracking Number; Delivery Bill (so that you can monitor the order Status) and Digital Invoice (Online Billing) attached.

 

Delivery

Where do I receive what I ordered?

Your package will be delivered at the appointed adress indicated during the purchase.

How do I get it?

The package is personally delivered by the designated company couriers.

What happens if there is no one home to collect the parcel?

Should absency be the case, you will have the chance to get the parcel posthumously.

 

Should be UPS the courier and no one be at home on the designated date for drop off, a note to contact UPS and reschedule [the delivery] is left in your mailbox. We advise you to contact UPS as soon as possible.

 

Should the delivery be made by the CTT EXPRESSO (the express mail branch of the Portuguese Postal Service) and no one be at home on the designated date for drop off, a note containing the closest post office for pick up is left in your mailbox. In that case, we recommend that you pick it up wihtin the next three week days or the parcel will be returned to its sender.

How may I find out which courier is delivering?

All shippments are done by UPS (www.ups.com) except when occured within Portugal (www.ctt.pt).

How long does it take to get the parcel?

The deadline varies according to country of delivery. To have an estimated date of effective delivery, you may simulate a purchase on this website. After you entering the required data but before paying, an estimated time for delivery (Week Days) is presented onto you.

Can someone else receive it for me instead?

Yes.

The parcel can be received by someone else at the appointed adress provided that you do so mention it and that person identifies him or herself as being be the receptor confirming to have collected the parcel by signing its trasportation bill.

Can I track and follow the shippment?

Yes you can.

The minute your parcel has been sent out, we will E-mail you refering its precise dispatch, as well as with the following data:

  • Transportation bill number thatgoes allong with the parcel;
  • Designated dispatcher's name and website;
  • Digital (electronic) invoice.

With the transportation bill number you can check, in real time, the status of your parcel.

What means of payment are accepted on this site?

It is the Paypal system.

You can  pay per Paypal in two ways:

1. Through your own Paypal acount. If you do not have one, then create one. It only takes a few minute.

2. Using your credit card, through the Paypal system, without having to create an account.

Online Purchase Order through Credit Card has been denied. What shall I do?

Banks have a security system that limit buying online. Such can be the reason why you are unable to go ahead with the purchase. In order to solve the situation the best thing to do will be to contact your bank and ask for clearance to buy freely online.

When and how do I get the Invoice?

The minute  your parcel has been sent out, we will send you an E-mail decribing the parcel's dispatch along with the attached invoice (digital format). You also will receive two invoice and receipts in paper with the demand.
